Birmingham’s Internotional Festival of Live and Timebased Art  ™ (BIFLBTA) ™

The first Birmingham International Festival of Live and Time-Based Art will begin on the weekend of 1st-2nd of September.

Saturday will see a whole feat of performance, installactions, screenings, interventions, participations and live art, whilst Sunday will consist of a more chilled series of seminars, artists talks and time-based work without a human prescence.

Birmingham’s Internotional Festival of Live and Time Based Art ™ is an ongoing production programme of inter and multi-disciplinary art practices - hosted, co-ordinated and programmed by The Edge at The Edge (HQ) and alongside The Outer Edge events.

BIFLTBA will establish ongoing performance practice, on a regular basis, showcasing national and international artists right alongside local and emerging artists, focussing as much on grassroots practice as 'top end' practitioners. we intend to make the city of Birmingham the centre for live art in the UK.
